Kitaron ERP&MES empowers organizations to control the flow of incoming information by transforming stacks of documents into actionable business content. The documents are stored in relevant folders and archives, automating the entire process and significantly reducing time and labor costs.

Workflow:

  1. Scan all documents (using a printer, specialized scanner, or similar device).
  2. The Kitaron ERP&MES system automatically differentiates between various document types, eliminating the need for single-document scanning by detecting barcodes generated by Kitaron.
  3. Save the scanned file into the relevant document folder from which it originated. (Scanned documents can be viewed in a consolidated list).
