Production machines are the most valuable and dominant resource for a company's profitability and survival. Therefore, effective management and control within the Kitaron ERP&MES system significantly increase machine utilization, leading to improved cash flow for the company.
The station status feature in the Kitaron ERP&MES system provides real-time graphical or tabular data about production stations, such as the quantity of items in production orders based on actual production reports. These reports can be obtained directly from robots, machines, and workers. Additionally, this module provides visual control over machine status, showing which production order the machines are working on and the number of parts completed. Furthermore, it performs manufacturing engineering to define standard times for parts and operations.
