The Kitaron ERP & MES system enables the manager to get an overview of the production pace and track progress based on performance percentages (including the progress of sub-assemblies). It shows which tasks will be completed within the scheduled time.
The Line-of-Balance (LOB) module in the Kitaron ERP & MES system manages the control process of production activities by collecting and measuring data, presenting progress according to schedules, comparing actual progress to the plan, identifying deviations from the production schedule, providing updated information on problematic work centers, and offering the ability to forecast future performance.
