Item Configuration Management in KITARON ERP&MES
Using Item Configuration management system you can identify and monitor the route that the product has passed throughout its life from the beginning of development to the final.
The system provides tools through which control will be carried out at all stages of the product's life, such as:
*Adjust the product design to the requirements as defined in the item specifications.
*Ensuring unequivocal identification of each part and/or product in order to enable the production of the same product in the future with identical characteristics in operation, execution, quality, and reliability.
*Linking approved work orders, documents that were defined as the physical structure of the product - charts, specifications, drawings, BOM, etc.
*Update configuration as a result of approved changes.
*Change the identification of the product and its components according to the nature of the change.
